Guadalupe Chavez, 65, of Fremont, OH passed away on Sunday, October 26, 2025 at Windsor Lane Healthcare in Gibsonburg, OH. She was born on January 26, 1960 in Weslaco, TX to Guadalupe and Carolina (Avalos) Chavez.
Guadalupe worked for various home health nursing organizations. She enjoyed going out for dinner, especially to Casa Fiesta, going to dances in her younger years, going to church at Victory Church, going to the drive-in and spending time with her grandchildren.
Guadalupe is survived by her children, Virginia Sanchez, Fremont, OH, Jose (Tiffany) Martinez, Elmore, OH; grandchildren, Ivan Franco, Isela Franco, Jorge Sanchez, Caden Caskey, Micah Martinez, Ophelia Jane Martinez; siblings, Martha (Jose) Arreola, Rafael (Belinda) Chavez, Robert (Monica) Chavez, Manuel Chavez, Graviel (Sara) Chavez and Jesus Chavez.
She is preceded in death by her parents.
Visitation will take place on Monday, November 3, 2025 from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm at Victory Church, 2051 Old Oak Harbor Rd, Fremont, OH 43420.
Services will follow the visitation on Monday, November 3, 2025 beginning at 1:00 pm at the church.
Memorials can be made in Guadalupe’s honor to the Donor’s choice.
