Gus Crockett Obituary
Survived by his wife, Dorothy Ann Crockett; loving father of Gus Jr., Donnie and Shawn Crockett and Mashae Leaver; father-in-law to Tonya Crockett; proud grandfather to Taymen, Brad, Tiffany, Chris, Jordan, Kaden Malia, Alex and Keegan; also survived by his siblings, cousins, nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
Gus lived life to the fullest through simple pleasures. He loved to fish and go on road trips with his wife. You could always hear him coming because he would always be singing and whistling his favorite songs. He will be fondly remembered by family and friends as a loving husband, father and grandfather.
A service to celebrate the life of Gus will be held at 10 am Tuesday, January 16, 2018 at Forest Lawn Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Jud Hays officiating. Burial will follow in the Greenwood North Cemetery.
Visitation with the family will be held from 4 pm until 8 pm Monday and from 9 am until 10 am Tuesday at the funeral home.
