Joe Richard "Rick" Haugen, 69, Bismarck, died peacefully in his sleep early Wednesday morning, Nov. 9, 2016. Services will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, Nov. 14, at GracePoint Church, Bismarck, with the Rev. Kevin Lardy officiating. Burial will be at Fairview Cemetery.

Rick was a great friend. I have many memories of him. Basketball games, track meets, golfing, or just shooting the breeze. He was always willing to help anyone who needed it. A great family man who will be missed by so many! RIP my friend!!
