Joe died peacefully in his Santa Cruz home on December 6th, 2022, from complications of Parkinson's Disease.He was a graduate of San Jose State College. He earned a Master's degree in Psychology and then moved to Santa Cruz in the late 60s. He had been a Counselor at Cabrillo College since 1966....
