God bless you Joe and your family. You were a close friend to my dad and the entire Koba family. You built the house that my brother and I grew up in. We always thought very highly of you. May you rest in peace.

It's with sadness we learn of Joe's passing. On behalf of my father and I we would like to offer our thoughts and prayers to all the family.
