My prayers and thoughts of love goes out to the entire Minkins family. Joyce was always kind and willing to share her time and wisdom to me during my teenage years. I will always remember her. Love Karen Roberts.

Minkins Family,
We were shocked to learn of Joyce's passing. We remember her as the #1 Dallas Cowboys fan. Wallace and she would hold their usual debate about Dallas and Washington whenever they would see each other. Joyce knew that she could get my assistance at anytime.
We loved Joyce for the sweet, kind and fun person she will always be remembered as.
Hold tight to the fond memories of Joyce for they will keep her close and help you get through.
Be encouraged and blessed.

Our Prayers are with you'll. We will miss cuz smiling face. We love you'll, Celestine, Justine, and Larry
