Not sure what to say?

Dear Besanceney Family -

My parents were very close friends with Bud and Bobbie for many years. Bud was one of Dad's regular golf buddies. Mom and Dad spoke often of Bud and Bobbie's unyielding dedication to Babs. (When my son was born 35 years ago, Babs made a needlepoint wall hanging of his birthdate which I still have today. It is beautiful.)

I remember Bud taking vacation days on as many Fridays as he could during the warmer months so he could have long weekends on Keuka...

Eulogy by Bud's Granddaughters Laura and Chrissie

Bud Besanceney lived an admirable life, one that we can all take lessons from. The most important message, however, was his complete love of family and strength of character.

Dear Bob and family,
Sorry about your dad. I am glad he has been near you and your family these last few years. I remember hearing lots of stories when your kids were little.
Take care,

Bud, I missed playing golf with you after you moved away. Thanks for the memories of working with you at Corning.

Rest in peace, Bud

Bud was a caring wonderful person. He will be missed. I missed him when he moved away, but knew he was so happy to be with his family.

In loving memory of a wonderful person. We will love you and miss you always.
