Marcus Foster Obituary
Funeral services for Marcus Glen Foster, age 40 of Quitman, Louisiana will be held 2:00 PM, Saturday, July 15, 2023, from the Columbia chapel of Riser & Son Funeral Home with Bro. Glen Lenard officiating. Interment will follow at the Welcome Home Cemetery at Grayson, LA. The Foster Family will receive visitors on Friday, July 14, 2023, at the funeral home in Columbia from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM, then again Saturday from 12:00 to 2:00.
Marcus Glen Foster was born on June 3, 1983, at West Monroe, LA and passed away tragically on July 7, 2023, at his residence in Quitman, LA. Marcus was an avid sportsman, loving to hunt and fish. He was a loving father, son and brother. Marcus was preceded in death by his brother, Brandon Foster; his grandmother, Betty Foster; and his uncles, James Foster and Glen Foster.
Left to cherish his memory is his mother, Margie Foster; his sister, Kountry Hennessey (Cameron Walker); and two daughters, Faith Foster and Lillie Foster.
Serving as pallbearers will be Cameron Walker, Lance Langley, Bubba Foster, Donald Hatfield, Richard Lawrence, Troy Foster, Roger Harrison, and Ronnie Foster.
