PICKETT, Marian Francis Of Norwood, MA, passed away peacefully on May 18, 2021 surrounded by her family. Marian was born on April 9, 1928 in Boston, MA to parents Patrick and Helen O'Shea. She was a graduate of Mission Hill High School. Marian has been married to the love of her life, Thomas Pickett, for over 65 years and raised four children in Norwood, MA. Her family and friends will always remember her as a loving and devoted wife, mother, and grandmother. She was a devoted homemaker to her husband, children and grandchildren and was always helping others first. She loved her family and they loved and cherished her. She was also a talented Irish step dancer. Marian is survived by her husband Tom of Norwood, daughter Karen (James) McMaster of Wrentham, Donna (Joe) Waggett of West Chester, PA, Gail (John) Daniels of Norwood, and her loving son Tom, Jr. of Warren, MI. Cherished grandmother of Corrine, Mikayla, Chrissy, Johnny and Ciara. Great-grandmother of Siobhan and Joseph. Aunt to many loving nieces and nephews. Marian was preceded in death by her loving mother and father, her brothers Charles and James O'Shea, and sister Joan McManus. Family and friends are invited to Gillooly Funeral Home in NORWOOD, MA from 9:00 am–10:00 am on Saturday, May 22 for Visitation.
