I was surprised and deeply saddened to learn recently of Mark's passing. He was always a pleasure to work with. He, his unique style, and his bright smile made an impression and will be missed. I hope happy memories and the support of family, friends, and colleagues will help see you through this tough time and the days ahead.

Our condolences to Mark's family, friends, and colleagues. He was very well-respected in the water resources community, taught many his trade, and helped keep the waters of Vermont clean in many of our communities. He will be missed and left a legacy in Vermont.

Richmond sends our condolences and we are so sorry for your loss. Mark was a special guy, we never met anyone that smiled as much as he did. We always looked forward to a visit at a show, on the road, at a plant or in a class. He was a big splash of color in a monochrome profession.
