Martha Clare Winter

Dear Winter family, I remember Martha's smile, beautiful eyes, humor, and easygoing demeanor. My mother-in-law, Ruby Hagenston, introduced us 30 years ago when I was a novice golfer and we had some of the best times playing together. Bill and Martha graciously sold their Volvo to my husband and me in our newlywed days in impeccable condition and a great price. She and Bill were just generous people! I'm praying that God will comfort you as only He can!

Our prayers go to your family from our family at Interim Healthcare. Mrs. Winters will be missed. She was a sweet soul and a pleasure to care for.

When I first started playing golf at Stockdale Martha was my mentor and friend as she was too many of us. I was privileged to be able to play with her in team play. There was a great competitive spirit packed into that sweet face and small stature

When I first started playing golf at Stockdale, Martha was my mentor...as she was to many of our golfers. I often had the privilege of being her partner in team play...which was much better than being her opponent, because behind that sweet face and small stature lay a mighty competitive spirit.

My condolences to her family, and I hope she and Bill are enjoying a heavenly round of golf --- together again.
