Sandy,

I was deeply saddened to hear of Mike's death today from our mutual friend Bill Burton. I enjoyed working with Mike for nearly 15 years while working together at Wax Works. His excellent programming skill and tireless effort were insturmental in our ability to build a great company. I'll remember him for his sharp wit, kind heart and his friendship.

God bless you and your family as you celebrate his life.

Sandy-
I am very saddened to hear of Michael's passing. While I found out recently of his battle with cancer, I failed to reach out to him, as I intended. As they say, "the road to hell is paved with good intentions". I will always reget my failure in this regard. As our lives are enriched by those that pass through it, likewise we are diminished by their loss. I considered Mike, not only a friend, but a tremendous business asset during my tenure with him at the Waxworks. Judy joins me in extending our deepest and heartfelt sympathies.

Sandy and Chole:
Bob and I were so surprised to read (on internet) the passing of Michael. The last we spoke, I remember you telling me it would probably be March before he could come HOME.........so this was quite surprising. I am so sorry for your loss. I know that he was a very sick man and that prayers were being said daily.
We will not be home till April 1, so know that you and your family are in our thoughts and prayers as you mourn your loss.
May your "wonderful" memories replace the sadness, and may God Bless all of you now and always,
Blessings,
Sharon and Bob Bastnagel

My heartfelt sympathies to the family. Michael was a great guy and we have many good memories of evenings spent with him and Sandy, eating, drinking, laughing and griping. Our families have been intertwined for so many years, it's hard to lose a friend. I pray that you find that peace that passes all understanding when you seek comfort in our Lord.

Michael was a customer at Car-x Auto Service but he was also a friend. I was shocked to learn of his passing. He was one of the good guys and will definitely be missed. If Michael meant so much to me in a casual passing and short acquaintance how much more he must have meant to all of the family where he was an intimate part of your lives. May God grant you peace in your sorrow and may the Holy Spirit give you comfort.

p.s. Hey, KT…
Do you think this means now he KNOWS how many times we really took the truck?!?! I Perhaps they are not the stars, but rather openings in Heaven where the love of our lost ones pours through and shines down upon us to let us know that they are happy. -Author Unknown

Sandy, words cannot express how sorry I feel for your loss. Please know that I am praying for you and your family during this sad time. Reading the obituary made me feel as though I now know alittle more about Michael other than the daily updates. He seemed like an awesome man!

Sandy,
I am so sorry for your loss. I only had the privilege to meet Michael a couple of times but he seemed like a great man. We have to believe that he is in a better place although at this time I know it doesn't bring much comfort.
