Nathan was intelligent, witty, artistic, and loyal. He remained a friend. With all his talents and humanity, small wonder we miss him now.

Nathan was a invaluable member of the staff of the American Institute of Graphic Arts for 19 years. He was an encyclopedic advocate of graphic design, an imaginative artist, a crafty and ingenious wit who made us guffaw, a friend. He made a unique contribution to an organization in the midst of profound growth and change and will be remembered with great fondness.
