Neil O. Whittington

I'm so sorry about Neil's passing and so sorry to find out so late. He and I were best buds when we worked together at Bell Labs in the 70's. I'm sure he is resting comfortably up above with the rest of the angels.

The loss of someone so close is difficult to bear. We share your grief.

My deepest sympathies to Nancy and the kids. I knew Neil for many years and he was there for me when I needed it. Thank you, Neil, for that. May God bless your soul and bless your family.

I worked for Neil at Bell Labs. He was one of the good guys. Sorry for your loss.

To the Whittington Family:
Although I did not know Neil I am certain that he was a wonderful individual. I had the privilege of teaching Katie at Naperville North. I watched her grow into a wonderful young woman and Mother. I also had the pleasure of knowing and meeting her lovely mom Nancy. Both Nancy and Katie are outstanding people who loved Neil with all of their hearts. Knowing Nancy and Katie how could he not be special?
Although I cannot attend the wake or the memorial for Neil...
