Dr. Ortiz you are so loved. You are amazing,exceptional and generous person. When you treated children you doled out an extra dose of smiles and love. You touched thousands of lives and because of that we are all better people for having known you. We already miss you but we won't ever forget you. Our sympathy goes out to family and friends.
