Patricia Brothers Obituary
Hobe Sound, FL
Patricia Ann Brothers, nee Bianchi, 73 of Hobe Sound, FL and Surf City, NJ, passed away on December 4, 2015 after a long illness. Her fight with cancer was an inspiration to not only family, relatives and friends, but also to those who knew her in the medical community who were helping her.
Patty was born in Newark, NJ and lived in Belleville, Lake Hiawatha and Pine Brook before she was married. She was a graduate of Parsippany High School, Class of 1960.
Patty lived most of her married life in Maplewood, NJ, where she was closely involved in all of her children's schooling and activities throughout their elementary and high school years. Patty was especially instrumental in the Maplewood South Orange Wrestling Club and the Maplewood Lacrosse Club from 1979-1991.
For the past several years, Patty was a member of the Lost Lake Golf Club in Hobe Sound, FL, and the Sea Oaks Golf Club in Little Egg Harbor Twp., NJ.
Parry is survived by her husband of 49 years, Thomas; three loving sons and daughter in laws, David (Dana), Paul (Alyssa) and Jon (Carolee) and five wonderful grandchildren, Gabrielle, Victoria, David, Bronston, and Dominick.
Family and friends attest that there never was a more loving and devoted wife, mother, and friend than Patty. She will live forever in our memories.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, December 8, 2015 from 4:00-8:00PM at Jacob Holle Funeral Home in Maplewood, New Jersey with a Mass of Christian Burial to follow on Wednesday, December 9, 2015 at Our Lady of Sorrow Catholic Church in South Orange, NJ. Entombment will be held in Restland Memorial Park in East Hanover, NJ.

My deepest sympathy to Tom and "the boys" as she always referred to you as. She taught me all I came to know about football and wrestling, and set the bar pretty high for we other parents. She had an abundance of energy and always a new idea as to how to make improvements for our children and Columbia HS. I honor her then and now... God Bless.

Dear family and friends of Ms. Patricia Ann Brothers,
I'm truly sorry to hear about your loss. I can sympathize with the pain you may be experiencing. I as well have recently loss a family member. The bible has greatly helped my family and I to cope and remain hopeful. Acts chapter 24 verse 15 tells us that, "There is going to be a ressurection of both the righteous and the unrighteous." I certainly look forward to that day and so can you!

I am so very sorry for your loss. There will forever be warm place in my heart for Patricia. Tom, David, Paul and Jon, Patty and I were friends for a very long time and I will never forget her. We were as close as sisters at times and shared a lot of special memories. I am so very sorry for your loss of a wonderful wife and mother and a dear friend of mine.

Patty will always be remembered as a sports mom.
