Patsy Jeanne Hemp

I met Patsy as a fellow therapist in Richmond, VA through an intensive training program at the Family Institute of Virginia. She was an artist of the heart. When I walked into her kitchen full of skillfully designed woven baskets, I recognized her as an artist who savored the beauty of the practical. I had the pleasure of working with Patsy at the Partnership for People with Disabilities at VCU. Patsy's competence, compassion, and energy were evident in everything she did, serving to improve the lives of many individuals with disabilities and their families.
