Memorial Day - thinking of, & missing Paul. Still expect to drive by the Westerville house & see him sitting out in his garage. Wish I could tell him that I finally have bluebirds! God keep you & your Julia close.

As former neighbors of Paul's Mike & I would like to express our condolences to Paul's family. Personally I will cherish the memory of Paul sitting in front of his opened garage chatting with neighbors, reading, or completing crossword puzzles. He shared stories of his time in the Pacific arena during WWII with me while sharing his cookies with my dog, Sweetie. Although we know Paul has been praying to join Julia for some time now; it is still so difficult for us to believe he's not sitting outside with a crowd around him! We were blessed to be his neighbor for many years and still stopped by for visits. My daughter, Danielle, had the photo I posted and was going to take him a copy of it tomorrow.
