To the Jones Family, please accept our sincere condolences on the loss of Rev. Jones. I know the pain you are feeling. I know God will see you through. He will send you a comforter to ease your mind and heart. The comforter will enhance your memories to allow you to reflect on all the enjoyable time you shared. Continue to trust in God for he will never leave or forsake you. He just wanted to call Rev back home to be under his loving arms of protection. Love your friend, Gloria, David Cozart...

I have nothing but fond memories of Rev. Jones as my pastor at River Grove UMC. I've been blessed by my friendship with him and the family since I left Tampa over 30 years ago. On my visits back to Tampa he would make sure I took a little Tampa home with me in the form of smoked mullet! I cherish these fond memories and hold them in my heart. I'm holding Uary and Thomas close in my heart during this time. Much love to the family.

A great soldier and servant of God. You will be greatly missed. Sincerely, J.L.Scales
