Robert Clayton Fraley, 94 of Post Falls, Idaho, passed away peacefully on Sunday, October 26, 2025.
Bob was born on April 24, 1931, in Glendale, California to Earl and Evangeline Fraley. He spent most of his childhood growing up in Kettleman City, California – A desert area where 105° temperatures were common. He moved to Burbank in the late 1930’s and later attended Burbank High school. As an adult he worked as a supervisor at Lockheed Corporation until retirement at age 56. From Burbank he spent many years in Sunnyvale and Grass Valley, California and finally settled in Post Falls, Idaho.
As a young man he married Carole Anne Mosley and had two children, Michael and Robin. After his divorce with Carole, he married Dianne Everett and had two children, Laura and Deena. After his divorce with Dianne, he married Mary Brooks in 1970, and they remained together until Mary’s passing in 2010. Mary had three children from a previous marriage that he adopted, Steven, David, and Debbie.
He was known for his generosity to the church, local charities, and missionaries.
A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, November 5, 2025, at English Funeral Chapel, Post Falls at 11:00 am, and the service will be livestreamed for those who cannot attend at www.englishfuneralchapel.com
He is survived by his brother Richard Fraley, all seven children and many grand and great-grandchildren.
These services will be recorded and streamed live. In the event the service is interrupted at any time due to technical issues, the entire service will be uploaded and available to view later in the day.
