Not sure what to say?

I worked with Bob while he assisted us at IBM Corporation. The consummate professional - very intelligent, approachable, courteous and action oriented. He handled our most complex challenges and did it with integrity. One of the finest attorneys I've ever met and a person you valued highly as a friend.

I worked with Mr. Lewis at the Long Island office. He was so wonderfully understanding, kind and had a great sense of humor. My condolences to his family.

Bob Lewis

I had the privilage of meeting Mr. Lewis 10 years ago when I started at Jackson Lewis. I was impress to meet one of the icons who hepled created and shaped the firm that I now work for. We got to know each on a first name basis by his many visits to our office after his retirement. Mr Lewis was a great attorney and a wonderful person and it was always a pleasure to read about his NLRB accomplishments.I will miss him. I worked with JL for over 30 years and have known Bob Lewis during this period. I have always found him to be an extremely professional, nice and pleasant person. He will be sadly missed. My condolences to his wife and family.

Bob Lewis was surely a visionary. The Firm's culture of professional excellence; team effort; and absolute dedication to the client endures because Bob Lewis and Lou Jackson mandated these qualities be present in every lawyer. Rest in Peace, Bob.

I first met Bob Lewis when I was an attorney with the NLRB in Newark in 1959. Over the years our lives crossed paths often, culminating in my serving as "of Counsel" in his firm for about 8 years before retiring. He was an affable yet knowledgeable attorney, recognized as preeminent in his chosen field. My condolences to his family and friends.
