Not sure what to say?

Ron was a great guy and a talented guitarist and teacher. He will be missed. Rest in Peace

Still playing tunes Ron taught me in the 70s, many his own arrangements. He was teaching out of a studio on Delmar I think. Countless hours of pleasure. I can never pick up a guitar without thinking of him.

Dear Holly, I wanted you to know how sorry I am about the loss of Ron. He was such a kind and gentle person. While you and I only met one or two times while I was married to Richard, I wanted you to know that Richard is heart broken about the news. May God keep you in His hands and watch over you.

I discovered Ron's music with this vinyl LP, which is such a joy to play. I'm sad to hear of his passing.

Hi Holly, Just heard about your loss. I just wanted you to know that I'm thinking about you during these tough times. I did not know Ron but I'm sure he was a good guy.

Holly, we are so sorry to hear of the loss of Ron. He was great person and teacher. Andrew and Greg learned so much from him. He was very influential with Greg pursuing music professionally. We have so many fond memories of their time at the studio and the performances. Much love to you and your family Holly. Sincerely, Andrea, Jim, Andrew, and Greg Dallas

Thank you Jodi for letting me know of Ron's passing. I'm stunned and saddened. We spent lots of time together over the years and I was afraid you didn't love Holly enough, but you did. You told me you loved living in Owensboro. Rest your soul because you had a giant fight on your hands. I know you gave it your best. I will think of you often as I do every time I pass Muggs. Holly, I love you and whatever I can do please do not hesitate to call

I was a retiree with no musical experience when I first started taking lessons from Ron in 2011. He encouraged me to study classical guitar and learn to read music quite a challenge but also very rewarding. Thanks to Ron's teaching skills, I learned so much more than I thought possible starting so late in life. And his teaching method made it easy and fun no memorization, drills or practice exercises just good music.

I continued lessons with Ron until he left St. Louis in 2015. ...

Holly, Maria and I are so sorry.
