Read MoreI just discovered that dear Ruthie dies last spring when I tried to phone her. My mother, Mary Cloud, used to vacation with Ruth and Joan in Rehoboth beach many summers ago. She became part of our family just by living nextdoor to my somewhat unique Aunt Catharine. I send her family our condolences.

I’m so very sorry to hear of Ruth’s and Marty’s passing. Ruth was an awesome lady/mom when I hung out with Debbie when we about 14 yrs old. Whole family is awesome! Great memories! May you all feel God’s comfort, peace & strength during this devastating time. Your family is in my prayers.

As one of the few who got to enter Ruth’s Rehoboth Beach vacation abode as well as attend Bobby’s celebration of Life I will choose to celebrate her life as well!

judith & I were Saddened to learn of Ruth,s passing recently (2021). WE remember her son (Bobby) every "9/11" anniversary. The Claymont Historical Society honored both her & son in the 2002 Christmas Parade.
