- - Thebolt, Suzanne Rae, age 70, passed away on January 13, 2018. Cherished daughter of Arthur Nicholls. Beloved wife of the late George Lee. Loving mother of Casey (Michelle), Clover, Matille, Gabriel, and George. Cherished grandmother of Luke, Gerard, and Philomena. Also survived by brothers, Lawrence (Anna) and Jeffrey (Natsuko). Visitation Thursday, January 18, from 3-9pm at Harry J. Will Funeral Home, 37000 Six Mile Rd, Livonia. Funeral Mass Friday, January 19 , at 10am (in-state 9:30) at Assumption Grotto Church, 13770 Gratiot Ave, Detroit. In lieu of flowers, donations appreciated to Assumption Grotto Church or March for Life Education and Defense Fund.

Dearest Thebolt Family,
I am so saddened that your beloved mother and our dear friend, Suzanne, has passed. Her passing has left a true void in our hearts and lives. I send my family's love and deepest condolences at this time of great sorrow to each one of you. Your Mom fought the good fight against her illness so bravely and with such grace and dignity, as well as the support and devotion of her children and family, which I am sure, provided her much comfort and peace. I loved your mom for so many reasons, but mostly for her selfless way of always reaching out to the world and those in it and giving more than she ever asked of it. I will hold fondly always the many happy memories of time spent in her company. And for those memories, I am a better person. Jack, Allie and I are so very sorry that we are not with you as you celebrate her life, and mourn her loss. We will be with you in our hearts and prayers. God Bless dear Suzanne and all of you.

Cheers to the good times. May we always remember Sue's smiling face, her positive attitude, her love of adventure and the happiness she shared with us. I knew her for such a short time but bonded with her quickly. I admired her attitude and enthusiasm for life in during her darkest times. May God welcome her into His holy embrace and shine His light upon her for eternity. Rest in peace, sweet friend, and know that you will always have a special place in my heart.
