I would like to express my sincere condolences to the family. Miss Thelma will certainly be missed. She was a very sweet, kind, and gentle lady. I delivered mail to the home and she would always offer me something cold to drink. I also ate lunch with Ben on the job every day for approximately 10 years. I am praying for and with you that God will give you the strength, comfort, and peace that surpasses all understanding. Doug Greene

While Thelma was working at Potomac Library I started working at Central Library. At least once a week or so we'd be talking on the telephone hunting for a book that was needed at the other building. Thelma's warm and cheerful voice always made me smile and we knew the book would get to where it was needed.
