Not sure what to say?

Dear Freda and family,
I was so sorry not to be able to attend the funeral. Vernon was a special cousin. He will be missed.

Dear Freda, we send our love and sympathies for the passing of your loved one, Vern. We are grateful to have met such a warm and caring man. Ron and I will keep you and family in our prayers.

It certainly says a lot about a man to have so many people from everywhere say such good things about him. He was a very special brother-in-law to me, and I felt moved to post something on my blog in his memory http://harvyoder.blogspot.com/2011/10/vernon-zehr-1934-2011.html

Special blessings to all of you family members who mourn his loss.

I am sorry for your loss. I remember Mr. Zehr as being kind and patient and always having his door open to listen to his students and parishioners.

I well remember Mr. Zehr when he was a special ed teacher at Richardson Park. He was always a kind and gentle man and was very patient with his students. At a time when "special ed" was off the radar, he dedicated his life to teaching these students and I so admire his dedication. I will keep you all in my prayers. Kathy Dewey

I was a student as well at Richardson Park and remember Mr. Zehr as being a very fair and respected person and principal. I am sure he will be missed. Our condolences to the family.

Freda, Our condolences and prayers are with you and your family,May you feel Gods love as you go through this trying time.. Sincerley Brenda and Arlin Mast
