Vickie Church, age 73, of Iola, Kansas, passed away October 30, 2025 at her home.
Victoria Ruth Church was born on November 5, 1951, in Artesia, California, to Wilbur T. and Ruby Ruth (McIntosh) Reed. Vickie obtained her Bachelors in Education from Pittsburg State University.
Vickie was united in marriage to Fred K. Church on April 7, 1992, in Las Vegas, Nevada. Their love was true and unwavering to the very end - a beautiful reminder that unconditional love still exists.
In her spare time, Vickie loved curling up with a good romance novel or watching Hallmark Christmas movies - no matter the season. She also had a weakness for ice cream cones, which she enjoyed often. Vickie had a special place in her heart for her beloved fur babies - Princess, LoverBoy, Callie, and Baby - who didn't leave her side.
Vickie was preceded in death by her parents; and son, Adam Church.
Vickie is survived by her loving husband of 38 years, Fred Church; several children, grandchildren and great- grandchildren; brothers, Lanny and Jerry Reed; and many other family members.
The family would also like to thank, Kathy Maple and Jo Kaufman-Cosner for being wonderful friends and companions.
Cremation will take place and per her wishes there are no services planned at this time. Memorial contributions are suggested to ACARF and can be left in the care of the funeral home. Condolences for the family can be left at www.feuerbornfuneral.com.
