VIOLET REISING Obituary

VIOLET H. REISING, 93, of Indianapolis, passed away Wednesday, Oct. 12, 2016. Born in Fort Wayne, Violet was the youngest daughter of Alfred and Walburga (Getty) Rondot. She had 15 siblings all of which have preceded her in death. Her husband of 56 years, Carl E. Reising, preceded her in death on April 14, 2000. Violet retired from RCI in 1991. She was a devoted member of St. Pius X Catholic Church where she spent many hours volunteering. She is survived by her sons, Paul D. (Peggy) Reising and David E. (Debbie) Reising; daughters, Kay I. (Dan) Cooper and Carla A. (Doug) Knapp; nine grandchildren, and 17 great-grandchildren. Mass of Christian Burial is noon Monday, Oct. 17, 2016, at St. Pius X Catholic Church, with calling one hour prior. Calling also from 4 to 7 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 16, 2016, at Feeney-Hornak Keystone Mortuary. Memorial contributions can be made to Catholic Charities. Arrangements by Feeney-Hornak Keystone Mortuary.
