Mrs Balmer was my third grade teacher at Nathan Hale. She was one of my very favorite teachers as she instilled a love of learning but also because she was very kind. Our mother was a resident at Swan Creek for nearly 10 years until her death on 2/9/21. I´m sad that I never got the opportunity to visit with Mrs. Sailor to tell her that I remember her still and that she meant a lot to me. She made a difference in the world.
