Virginia M. Todd (née Michelotti) age 85, of Elmhurst, Illinois, passed away on September 9, 2025.
Virginia was born on April 18, 1940 in Chicago, Illinois to Mario and Ella Michelotti. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Frederick J. Todd.
Virginia’s greatest joy in life was her family. She cherished her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren, she found her happiest moments in their company. She will be remembered for the love, guidance, and warmth she shared with them throughout her life.
She also took great pride in working alongside her husband, Frederick, at Todco Material Handling Company. Together, they shared a love of sailing, and enjoyed time spent with friends and family on their sailboat.
She is survived by her dear lifelong friend, Phyllis Turcan; her son Philip (Laura) Todd; and her daughter Susan (Daniel) Corrado.
She is also survived by her grandchildren Anthony (Allie) Todd, Nicholas Todd, Claudia Todd, Michael (Eva) Corrado, Danielle (Christopher) Fahnstrom, Philip (Jacie) Corrado, and William Corrado, and many great grandchildren.
She was adored, and will be missed deeply by all.
A Mass will be held at 11:00am, Saturday, September 20th, at All Saints Cemetery in Des Plaines, Illinois. Entombment to follow.
