Dear members of Diane's family,

It is with true regret that I will be unable to attend the services for Diane this Saturday as I am chairing and must speak at a seminar long-scheduled.

I would enjoy sharing my thoughts of Diane personally with you at any time. In the meantime, allow me to say how much I enjoyed my dealings with Diane, mostly professional when she worked for SSECO but also our personal dealings. She sure knew what she wanted/needed and was crystal clear about when ---- all to her credit. It was always my pleasure to work and talk with Diane as, over the years, we also spoke of personal matters and I considered her as well a friend.

I remember the last time that I spoke to her prior to her going in the hospital and sincerely felt that she would come home well and as "vigorous" as she has always been. Well, the good Lord had his plans and, while she will be dearly missed, there is no way that Diane can be forgotten.

I extend my most sincere condolences.

Joe Jerome
