He was preceded in death by his parents, Eva & Ed C. Haley, Sr., his beloved wife, Josefina Haley and daughter, Yvette Josephine Haley.
He is survived by his sister, Joyce Marie Jared, daughter, Yvonne Conley-Eberling, grandchildren, Christine Conley Hoffman, Cecil Conley III, Melissa Eberling-Taylor, great grandchildren,Tiffany Lynette Conley, Courtney Yvette Hoffman, Angelina Campbell, & Josephine Rose Conley.
Interment is October 13th, 2010 at Arlington National Cemetery at 9am. Following the interment the family looks forward to receiving friends at the home of Cecil Conley in Washington, DC.
