Karolina S. Cook Karolina S. Cook, 78 of Woodbridge, VA died at Potomac Hospital on November 1, 2010.

Mrs. Cook is survived by her daughter, Shirley Terry; two sons, Daniel Cook and Richard Cook; Daughter-in-law, Patricia Cook; two sisters in Germany and one brother in Germany.

The family will receive friends at Mountcastle Turch Funeral Home, 4143 Dale Blvd, Dale City VA 22193 on Sunday, November 7, 2010 from 2-4pm and 6-8pm. A life celebration service will be held at the funeral home on Monday, November 8, 2010 at 12:00 (noon). Interment will follow at Quantico National Cemetery.
