Kathryn Lutz Obituary
Born November 25, 1919 in Lewistown, she was the daughter of the late Ira W. Bickel and Anna (Arnold) Bickel.
She was preceded in death by her husband Richard S. Lutz in 1982.
Kathryn is survived by her children, Lynda D. Morrison and husband David, Manassas, Va. and Jerry L. Dobbs and wife Cynthia, Dover, Pa.; four grand-children and five great- grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her brothers James and Russell Bickel.
Kathryn was employed as a Health Aide at the Selinsgrove State Center and was then employed at the Area Agency on Aging in MIfflin County.
She was a member of the St. Mark's Evangelical Alfarata Lutheran Church.
Her funeral service will be held Saturday, November 6, 2010 at 1 p.m. at the Heller-Hoenstine Burnham Funeral Home, 108 First Avenue with the Rev. Richard Pennebaker officiating. Interment will be in St. John's Ridge Lutheran Cemetery in McClure.
Family will receive friends from 11:30 a.m. until the time of service at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to St. Mark's Evangelical Alfarata Lutheran Church, 573 Alfarata Road, Lewistown, PA 17044 or to Mend A House, 7987 Ashton Avenue #231, Manassas, VA 20109.
