I was at the same two-week-long summer camp with Kirsten a few summers back, and I've never forgotten her. She was a great person - even though we weren't much more than acquaintances it felt like we were best friends. I only recently heard of her death, but I'll really miss her. She made a real impact on all the people she met - even old summer camp friends!

Kirsten, it has been a while and i still can't seem to believe that your gone. Having that ONE JROTC class with you was enough time for you to make an impact on my life. You were always smiling and so happy every time i saw you. I miss you so much and i just hope you know how much everyone loves you! My thoughts and prayers continuously go to your family. You will never be forgotten and i know we will meet again. May God bless your soul. Rest In Peace.

Kirsten, you, and I were the best of friends all throughout both my 10th, and 11th Grade years, and now that you're gone, I cannot help but feel so lost on the inside without you. I love you, and I miss you very much, Kirsten, we all do. We all lost the truest friend there was. Farewell, my sweet, and precious friend. .R.I.P., Kirsten.......

kirsten and I worked together as camp counselors this past summer. From the first day on, we all bonded so well. We had some of the best memories together. There were always so many stories shared and laughs. She always made me feel better and the good times we spent were a blessing. She always knew what to say to make anyone smile. I remember one time, I had a bad picture taken in my opinion, and she and Nancy of coarse would say the nicest things to make me me feel better. I loved all her compliments especially about my crazy hair, calfs, or just anything in general. Whenever I doubted anything, she came to bring support. I loved hearing all her stories about everything from her travels, family, thrift store shopping, boys, twilight, to just life. Her and Nancy always knew had to make us laugh with funny moments with the kids or just in camp. Her creativity with the kids was also one of a kind. She had some amazing talent and just a special connection with the kids as well
When Kirsten and I would share stories about families she would always talk about her love for you both as well Jonah and her grandparents. I remember we got to meet them at the grocery store and she was super excited! She was blessed with a great family and you had a wonderful, amazing daughter. She was such a great friend that I feel honored to have met. You are in my prayers and thoughts always. Much love <3

Dear Adler Family,
My family is so saddened over hearing about Kirsten's passing. I can't begin to know your pain, I can only imagine it. Altho we are new to the area, my daughter knew who Kirsten was in school & found her to be someone she thought she would like. As a parent, I pray for a peace that surpasses all understanding to come along side you. May you all be carried in loving arms through the days, months & yrs ahead.

To the family and friends of Kirsten: words cannot express...You have my deepest condolences. Your daughter was my daughter, Kierra Ayres best friend and meeting and talking with Kirsten last year and this year, so much potential, so much life, such a beautiful young lady, it deeply saddens me to hear this tragic news. May the Almighty GOD keep you, strengthen you, and comfort you all. To the students at WSHS, my heart breaks for you all that you have to experience and endure such a terrible tragedy at such a young age...my thoughts and prayers are with you all...

Adlers,
I had class with Kirsten last year in AP Human Geography. We liked to talk about our cowboy boots and exchange outfit ideas from each other. I think we were the only two people that wore real boots. Kirsten was a fun, wonderful, and beautiful girl. I have known her since middle school and she will be dearly missed. I am praying for you all and your family.

Ive known Kirsten since the 7th grade, and she always had a jubilent personality. Her encounters in my life will be some of my most precious memories throughout my whole life because she had brightened even my darkest days with joy and laugher. She was always thinking of others and was a loving and caring human being by nature. She enjoyed the company of children and was a wonderful camp councelor. While over the summer, she had made bracelets for all the lifeguards at the local pool and I was one of the lucky ones to recieve one. I look down at that bracelet everyday now, and think of our fond memories together. I hope I put as much happiness in her life as she did mine. Rest In Peace, Kirsten. I will never forget you, or the happy memories we share.
