Linda has been on my mind lately, so I Google'd her name and was stunned to find her obituary. Linda was the first person to befriend me when I moved to Fredericksburg to work at the PRC Plant. She was a wonderful, fun person, and the best employee and manager a company could have. Mikki, I am sure you don't remember me, but my deepest sympathy to you in the loss of your beloved Linda. (Maybe Linda and Chris S. are up there playing Nintendo together!)

I am so sad to have heard you passed. I remember those long nights at the paper and how hard you worked. As you battled cancer you still showed up everynight. Many of us are sad and miss you so much. Thank you for the memories we will carry them with us forever.

Although I have not seen Linda since we graduated high school, I still have many memories of our school days together. My deepest sympathy to all of Linda's loved ones.

Linda, I'm very sad to have to say "Good Bye" and "I'll see you in Heaven some day". But until then please keep an eye on all your family here missing you terribly. You never had a bad word to say about anyone, unlike me, and was always willing to help anyone in need. You were an angel here on earth and now an angel in Heaven. We will all miss you terribly but know you are in a much better place now. It was an honor knowing you. Thank you for keeping my favorite sister happy all these years. We all will help her get through this terrible time. Love you all. Kandi Kuhn-San Diego, CA

I used to work with Linda at the newspaper and though we worked in different departments, we worked fairly closely on many projects and daily processes. Linda was such a hard worker and expected the same from her employees, but she was always respectful and kind. She even managed to be positive when she'd call me late at night to come in and fix something before they could go to press. As much as I hated seeing her number pop up on my cell phone at night, she was always patient and understanding, and I'm sure that's how she will be remembered. My thoughts and prayers go out to her family - know that your loved one will be missed very much.

Linda: I'm glad that I had the pleasure to know you. You were always upbeat and smilling whenever I saw you. You will always be a great inspiration to me. You will be truly missed! (Thanks for all the deviled eggs).
