Mark Thaddeus Gielecki Mark Thaddeus Gielecki, 63, of Manassas, passed away Saturday, September 11, 2010. He was the husband of Sylvia V. Gielecki and was an economist with the Department of Energy and a federal employee for 37 years.

Mr. Gielecki was born in Germany April 24, 1947 a son of the late Mitchell Gielecki and the Josephine Plocica Gielecki. In addition to his wife and mother, he is survived by a daughter and her husband, Jennifer and Kyle Kirk of Manassas and a brother Richard Gielecki of Milwaukee, WI.

A mass will be said 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, September 15, 2010 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Dale City, VA, by Fa. Michael Bazan with interment to follow in Stonewall Memory Gardens. The family will receive friends Tuesday, September 14, 2010 from 2-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. at Mountcastle Turch Life Celebration Home, 4143 Dale Boulevard, Dale City, VA. Memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
