To Judy and family,
I am oh so sorry to hear of Dave's passing. We retired the same day from EPA in 2009. Dave was a good man and loved life. He will definitely be missed. My deepest sympathy goes out to you and the family.

David and I were colleagues at EPA. I especially enjoyed his 'march to a different drummer' spirit--and his tales of playing blackjack. He was a terrific guy--fun to work with, fun to talk with. it's a terrible loss to his family to whom I extend my condolences.
