Bob was a treasured colleague and mentor working on flue gas desulfurization.
He was a pleasure to work with and made significant contributions to the understanding of forced oxidation for limestone slurry scrubbing.
He worked in my lab at the university of texas for 6 months and taught me useful ways of viewing experimental data.

My since condolences to all the friends and family. During these times of distress is especially more necessary to pour out your heart to God in prayer because he cares for you. He promises that all who do so will have their thoughts and feelings soothed by "the peace of God that surpasses all understanding. Phillipians 4: 6,7
