Peter Bundegaard Obituary
Peter A. Bundegaard, 63, died on January 28, 2014 at Danbury Hospital. He was born on March 20, 1950 in Stamford, Ct and grew up in Rowayton. He is the late husband of Carol Lindwall Bundegaard.
Peter served in the Navy from 1968 - 1972 aboard the Kearsage, Enterprise and Kitty Hawk including 3 tours of Vietnam and was a member of the American Legion. He was a sheet rock finisher for many years with Zeiss Construction.
He was hard working, compassionate, and patriotic and will be sadly missed by his wife Carol, daughter April-Dawn and fiance' Gabe Bordoy of Danbury, daughter-in-law Leona Bundegaard and Richard Owen of San Diego, grandchildren Hannah, Kyle, Tyler and Grey of San Diego, Nevaeh, Kaden, Trenton, Gabriel and Andalyn of Danbury, Ct, his brother Tris Miles (Ellen) of Melbourne, FL, Martha Kreager of New Canaan, Ct and Robin Yerman of New Milford, CT and in-laws. Peter is predeceased by his son Shawn, his mother Virginia Seely Bundegaard and his father Howard Bundegaard.
Funeral service will be private.
