Bettina M. Paladino

Bettina M. Paladino, age 80, of Bethel, formerly of Madison, beloved wife of Frank N. Paladino, passed away at Bethel Health Care Center, on Saturday, October 23, 2010. Bettina was born in East Haven, daughter of the late Frank and Theresa Pellegrino. She attended East Haven schools and spent her life caring for her loving family. She spent many years as a volunteer at the Fowler Convalescent Home, in Guilford. She is survived by her sons: Matthew Paladino and wife Kathleen, of New Canaan, Frank Paladino, of Madison, Mark Paladino and wife Mary, of Brookfield and Scott Paladino, of New Milford, her brother, Nicholas Pellegrino, of East Haven, her sister, Theresa Ardolino, of Hamden and seven grandchildren: Michael, Alex, Teddy, Nancy, Nicole, Christine and Kathleen and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her brothers, Louis and John Pellegrino and sisters: Fanny Franco, Clara King, Anna Paolillo, Rosie Carrano, Elizabeth Galliccio and JuJu Aloia. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Gregory the Great Church, on Tuesday morning at 10 a.m. Burial will take place at West End Cemetery, Madison, on Wednesday at 11:00 a.m. There will be no calling hours.
