Frank Gilbert Storrs Frank Gilbert Storrs, 85, of Rockwood Circle, Crimora, Virginia, died on Sunday, October 3, 2010, at Augusta Health.

He was born on December 5, 1924, in New York, the son of the late Gilbert Joseph Storrs and Jessie Cardin Storrs.

He was a United States Navy veteran, serving his country during World War II in Australia.

Mr. Storrs was a graduate of the University of Buffalo in New York, where he received his Masters Degree in Business Administration. He worked in the New York public school system for many years, including those of Malone, Massena, and Poughkeepsie. He was Assistant Superintendent/Business Administrator of Malone, New York, Schools.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Rosemary Demo Storrs, whom he married May 28, 1955.

Surviving are his five sons, Mark Storrs of Crimora, Virginia, Joseph Storrs, James Storrs and his wife, Pamela, of Winchester, Virginia, David Storrs of Crimora, Virginia, Thomas Storrs and his wife, Elizabeth, of New York; six grandchildren, Erica, Stephen, Christopher, Ashley, Catherine, and Morgan Storrs; and his sister, Kathleen Morris of Arizona.

Funeral services will be private.
