There never was a better neighbor or more giving, loving person. She was always there for us and was truly mom's best friend. "Aunt Sookie" meant more to our entire family than we can ever express. We all loved her and treasured knowing her for over fifty years. We are so thankful she was part of our lives. Our best to Chester, Bennett and families.

Sookie was such a fine person, one that I will always remember. I remember going to her house on Ohio Ave in Waynesboro, with the railroad tracks in the back yard, and having dinner with the family and eating her Sweet potato casserole. Boy was that good. My Grandfather, Crawford Forrest, introduced me to the Campbell family, as they seemed to be a part of our own family. Sookie was a big part of our family and will surely be missed by all that knew her. My God bless this special person, that I had the privilege to know.
