Most heartfelt condolences to Honey and family. I knew "Yop" when I was just a teenager visiting my aunt and uncle Harry and Anne Van Duynhoven in Warwick. I carry very fond memories from that time.
Sincerely, Kathleen (Ditty) Flannery Foerster

It was a privilege for me to know Mr. Jake Pennings. During the summer of 2006 my mom was in Glen Arden rehab and whenever I visited her it was nice to meet Jake and enjoy his friendly smile, humor and firm handshake. My mom also recently died and I remember how she enjoyed chatting with him especially in dutch. I offer my deepest sympathies to the Pennings family on your loss. Be assured its a great release for him to wonderful eternal happiness.

Jake was my God Father and I am sadden that I can not be there with his and My family to celebrate his wonderful Life. I am blessed to have grown up with him and his children as part of my life . He was one of my father's best friends . They played cards and fished together most of their adult lives.
The Twinkle in his eye was one of the most endearing features that reflected his life and soul .
