Dear Claude, So sad to learn of Nina's passing. You and she were both fans of my professional career. Regularly enjoyed your newsletter even though I was no longer a westcoaster retired form active practice. I lost my wife six years ago and I can tell you Nina will still be with you forever.

Nina was smart, likable, fun, and funny. Great sense of humor, a mischievous soul. She'll be missed by us who knew her.

Nina was such a brilliant light - had such an incredibly unique perspective on the world of real estate. Mother, wife, and partner as well as business leader, she will be missed. Thanks to her as well as to husband Claude for all you both did in supporting our venture. Sincere condolences to Claude, Dale and the rest of the Gruen clan. -- Geoffrey Dohrmann

My sincere condolences to your family. May God "who comforts us in all our trials" (2 Cor 1:4) comfort you and your family at such a difficult time. I know God will help you to endure because he cares for you (1Peter 5 :7).

Please accept my deepest sympathies for your loss. Take comfort in the knowledge that Almighty God has prepared a future for the human family where those in God's memory have the prospect of a life on earth without the cloud of pain sickness or death. In the meantime may the memories of times you've spent together bring more smiles than tears in the days and years to come.
