Ian Jamieson Obituary

JAMIESON - Ian M., 85 of Upper Saddle River died July 9, 2002. Beloved husband of Maureen (nee Montgomery) of Upper Saddle River; loving father and father-in-law of Elizabeth and Michael Murray of Marco Island, FL; Jill and Donato Colvita of Roseland, NJ and Heather and Wayne Duglin of Upper Saddle River, NJ. Dear grandfather of Matthew Duglin; Lauren and Michael Colavita, also survived by his sister Jeanie Quantmeyer. Mr. Jamieson was a founder and director of educational television for the Hackensack Middle School. Veteran of the U.S. Army Air Corp. of WWII. Ian was a recipient of a Fulbright Scholarship as an exchange teacher in Scotland. Member of Mosaic Lodge in Ridgefield Park, NJ. A member and deacon of the First Presbyterian Church in Crystal River, FL and a member of the Seminole Club, Crystal River. A memorial service will be held Saturday, August 17, 2002 at 11 AM at the Old Stone Church, Upper Saddle River. In lieu of flowers donations to the First Presbyterian Church, Route 19, Crystal River, FL 33429 in his memory would be appreciated. Arrangements C. C. Van Emburgh Funeral Home, Ridgewood.
