Excerpted from a letter from Joe Gisondi:
"Words don't seam sufficient to convey the grief and sadness, I feel for Aunt Lea's passing. That she is gone seems unimaginable. I will remember Aunt Lea, my mom and Aunt Leda talking non-stop (and all at the same time) yet somehow all hearing what the others said.We only heard a loud hum or buzzing sound. Sarah will always recall how Aunt Lea allowd her to try on her dance outfits in Connecticut; hearing the stories of her dance days. Kristan always loved her humor, how she was like my mom"s twin, and Betsy loved her zest for life.I"ll always remember that I love her (and you) and thatI have been fortunate to have you both in my life.

My thoughts and prayers are with all of you. Lea (Princess Lea), was the most dynamic and fun loving person I ever had the privilage to know. The day she entered into my salon and my life, we bacame instant friends. I have a feeling that was the case with many people in her life. I looked foward to seeing her every week, we laughed the entire time she was there. We once had a conversation about leaving a legacy in life, myself, princess, and Lily. Well Princess Lea, you left your legacy, you touched the lives of everyone you met. I wiil never forget how you touched mine! Thank you for bieng a friend.
