Alice M. Crabtree

Alice M. Crabtree June 30, 1923 - February 23, 2010 DANIELSON - Alice M. Crabtree, 86, formerly of Danielson, died Tuesday at Life Care Center of Raynham, MA. She was born in Brooklyn, CT, June 30, 1923, daughter of the late Jesse and Gladys (Rainville) Carpenter. She was the wife of the late Arch L. Crabtree. Mrs. Crabtree was a longtime member of The Cornerstone Baptist Church in Danielson. She is survived by her daughters, Shirley Crabtree of Wallingford, Barbara Simonetta of Hamden and Susan Raymond of Assonet, MA; two sisters, Mary Brumbaugh of Springvale, ME and Jean Fortune of North Smithfield, RI; three grandchildren, Michael Simonetta, Alyson Simonetta and Meghan Raymond. She was predeceased by her son Richard Crabtree and sister Ella Barrette. Funeral Services will be held on Saturday at 2 P.M. in Tillinghast Funeral Home, 433 Main Street, Danielson. A calling hour will be held at the funeral home on Saturday from 1-2 P.M. Burial will be in Westfield Cemetery, Danielson.
