Although we only knew Bill for a few years, he instantly became an old friend and relative. We will miss his zest for life and his love of great food. He will always be in our prayers.

Bill was such a joy to all who knew him. We especially enjoyed the times we spent playing golf with him at Tater Hill and at his home in Vermont. Our thoughts are with his family. We have lost a true gentleman. God bless.

Deepest sympathy to the Steven's Family. Great childhood memories had in the Norwich Public School System and growing up with his children on the "Top of the Hill"...aka-Snake Hill...May you now have eternal peace with the Lord.

My sincerest condolences to the Stevens Family. Mr. Stevens was my grammar school teacher at Preston City School. I think of those school days often, as I really enjoyed Mr. Stevens' classes. He was a wonderful teacher.
Thoughts and prayers to you all!

I KNEW HIM FOR ONLY A SHORT TIME WHEN I WAS YOUNG, BUT HIS IMPRESSION ON ME WAS MEMORABLE. THE IMPRESSION HIS DAUGHTER TRACY HAS IN MY HEART WILL BE WITH ME FOR LIFE. THANK YOU FOR THE THE GIFT YOUR DAUGHTER IS TO ME, MR. STEVENS. MAY THE LORD HOLD YOU DEAR TO HIM, JUST AS YOU HELD DEAR THE WELFARE OF YOUR STUDENTS.
