She was born on March 5, 1954, a daughter of the late Samuel Clay and Nancy Maxine Hayes Hockman and was a retired truck driver.
Survivors include her significant other, Larry W. Walker of Toms Brook, VA; a son, Edward Clay Funk of Maurertown, VA; a daughter, Samantha Ann Banks of Front Royal, VA; a grandson, Damon Michael Banks; siblings, Jerry Wayne Hockman of Strasburg, VA and Henrietta Hockman of Parsons, TN.
